These things are just preparations and normally range from easy to moderate
exercises. Diabetic exercises do not need to be really intense. What is
needed is just simple ways on how to allow blood to circulate smoothly,
while leaving the other body functions intact. We have to be open to all
possibilities when having diabetes, and exercise is just a preparation and
precaution measures toward a bigger picture. It is important to be ready

Now don't let your imagination run wild, I'm no Jet Li. As much as I played
the scene in my head where I took this guy down in 2 moves and subdued him
without harming him or anyone else, that's not how it played out... no
movie heroics from me. I told you I was scared... just as afraid as any of
the other passengers but I wasn't about to let my fear cripple me; I
couldn't let it stop me from taking action on something I believed in.

So, instead of movie heroics, I opted for the path of least resistance.
Being a big Law & Order fan, I took note of the man's features and what
he was wearing right down to the dirty Nike sneakers with the 2 scuff marks
on the back of the right heel and the gray jacket with the tear at the
rotator cuff. I then got off the train at the next stop and quickly ran to
the station clerk at the booth and got her attention. I explained the
situation to her with a thorough description of the man and she relayed to
police officers at the next 2 station stops.

What happens is that when LDLs get oxidized by free radicals, they become
chemically unstable. When they get in contact with the endothelium, it will
cause an inflammation which will activate the auto immune system of the
body. The immune system will then, send macrophages which will try to
repair the damaged cells and lipoproteins. The problem is that macrophages
is a type of white blood cell which also is water based. This means that it
can only process the protein part of the lipoprotein but not the lipid part
